Extreme sport




Sport is a good form do you practice a healting life, good habits, an obtain positive mind. Exist different forms can you practice sport depend our condition. I think is a excelent form combat stress, rutin, diseases etc. Today the people don`t practice sport because they don`t have time, and many work. Is necessary make any sport for example walk, cycling, swim, dance, etc. And combine with helting diet.

Extreme sport is related with adrenaline, dangerous, emotion is a diffrent kind sport and many people practice bacause say:"they fill good", in Costa Rica there are tourist place where can you practice, example surf is a popular in Jaco and Guanacaste the beach and waves are excelent, canopy is a beutiful sport, rapel, bunge need more emotion and you don`t have scare.

In Turrialba the rafting is many popular is possible practice in pacuare and reventazón rivers. In my opining I consider can`t practice any except white wather rafting because i think is more safe the other and is a good experience to relax. The tourism is important in Costa Rica and help to the economy, is necessary protec and respect the nature and animals(flora and fauna) for the continued existence this activity that helps all.
